Today was the day that everything fell into a neat place so I could start it all again. Kids went back to school, husband went back to work. My iPod fully charged, with new songs for hitting the treadmill and plugging away my food intake. Woke up this morning ready to go and go I went! Did the My Fitness Coach and used my hand weights with it! Eating healthy again, and choosing low fat, high protein foods. It'll be good. Those pounds I've gained back will be banished and more inches will start coming off. It's good. You wait and see. Next December the pics compared to the past December will shock ya ;-)
I tried going thru archives to see if I had put down somewhere my measurements from when I started. I can't find them if I did, so will just list my measuremements today and go from there!
WAIST - 38"
HIPS - 47"
L THIGH - 25
R THIGH - 25
BUST - 42.5
WEIGHT - 202lbs
So there it is. I should do a measure every month to see if I'm progressing or if I should kick it up a notch. I feel very positive about this. There is no where to go but down!
