Progress Keeps Progressing

Three days back and so far so good. Well except for this little odd incident of becoming extremely nauseas this morning while I was exercising with my 5lb weights. Of course it ended with me hurling my breakfast into the toilet. Why? No clue. It ended up putting me off and not wanting to do much else for fear of a reaccurance. Instead I tackled a room that was in much need of a cleaning. The room with the treadmill.

I did a mile in 22 minutes last night while walking at a pace of 3 mph. Kinda slow, but for some reason the treadmill doesn't like me and makes my hips hurt badly. Maybe because I walk uneven and can't when my pace is being controlled by something other than me. But at least I did half an hour and burned some cals. I burned so much it put me under 1,000 cals for the day. Not good. Today I'm definately eating more. I'm drinking, drinking, drinking the H2O too. Even if it's mixed in with sugar free tea mix or real lemon juice. Trying the lemon diet for a bit. Supposedly it can help block fat intake. We'll see. I'm skeptical!

I would however like to get some fiber going or a cleanse of some sort because I'm constipated. It's sick but I really want a colonic to get me on the right start and clear out that crap (no pun intended) that is blocking up my insides. Better digestion, better absorbtion, better healthy living. Unfortunately when you live in Podunk, there is nothing like that around.

I'd kill for a Bally's too.
