Updated Information

I know I know two in a day... how will my ONE reader ever keep up? I just did 45 minutes of Gilads Ab/Thigh routine. I love a dvr where you can fast forward thru the first part of 3 workouts to get to the floor part. Maybe it's not the best for me because I am skipping the aerobic portion, but I need to build myself back up into that since I've slacked for a few weeks. Anyways, I took some measurements and thought I'd update on the loss. Not the actual stats. Not just yet anyways!

  • Waist: -3 inches
  • Hips: -3 inches
  • Thighs: -8 inches left, -9 inches right

Not too bad right? I don't know if I'm measuring right but if my pants fit better I must be doing something right, right? I had typed the baseline measurements into my profile on Self.com. I'm not sure the date exactly, but my weight was 239 and I'm now 223 so I'd say the numbers match up. I wish I knew the date though. Guess this will have to be my new baseline.

That's all. I shouldn't have another update for a week or so LOL
