I must have done something to get myself on track, because I'm only .5lbs off from what I was before I went downhill. Not bad right? Today I've done really well food wise, and even managed to do some Gilad. I've had a total of 888 calories, coming in 873 under budget. Which means the frozen yogurt calling my name may be answered!!
Breakfast:
Fiber One Yogurt - 80 calories
Lunch:
1 Cup of salad -10 calories
2 oz Ham - 60 calories
2 tb Vadalia Onion Dressing - 150 calories
Dinner:
2 Links Sweet Italian Sausage -200 calories
Low Fat Sub Roll -190 calories
So... not bad. Tomorrow I look forward to hopping on the Wii and seeing what my weight is. Shit. I just remembered I forgot my stupid vitamin. Too late now... otherwise I'll be up ALL night! Blahhhh!
