Know what really sucks about falling off the food wagon? Getting back into the swing of it and your stomach has re-adjusted to a bigger meal. Three days of naughty is seriously making me pay. Plus I'm in that "hunger mode" of my PMS. Totally sucking ass right now. I went grocery shopping and bought fruits and veggies, lean meats, 100 calorie packs, the usual. Now I could sit and eat it ALL. I got some fat free hotdogs and they are SCRUMPTIOUS. They look a little funny on the inside, they are almost translucent. But yummy just the same. Only 40 calories and like I said, ZERO fat.
This is how my day has gone thus far:
Breakfast
Mini Bagel - 100 calories
1 TB - Sugar Free Jam - 10 calories
Total: 110 calories
Lunch
Low Fat Bulkie Roll -170 calories
2 Slices Thin and Trim turkey -100 calories
Low Fat cheese stick - 60 calories
Total: 330
Then for supper I'm going to grill some steaks, which have been cut into 3-4oz pieces. Bake some potatoes in the oven, and make a veggie for a side. All of which is still pretty decent calorie wise.
3-4oz steak - 190 calories
1 baked potato - 100 calories
1/2 cup green beans - 50 calories
Just need to stick with it, get the hang of it back and stay positive. Just keep thinking positive. And for crying out loud, DONT blow it at Fenway!!! LOL I took Connie's advice though, and bought one of those "sub kits" from Oscar Mayer so we can make food down there to eat. Plus it'll save us money. We'll be sick of sandwiches by the end of the weekend, but the end justifies the means ya know? I can do this... although I wanted to lose 5lbs (from Tuesdays appt) by the time we went to Fenway, but I sure fucked that up.
I should change Joshua's stinky butt, put him in baby jail and pull up one of the Gilad workouts from the DVR. Yeah right. Well, the stinky butt is a must because that boy is offensive! LOL
